2008 is expected to see a 40 percent increase in service business for the company’s European service and support operation, both within the casino industry and across wider gaming markets. To underpin this growth a new Technical Support Centre is due to be operational in Q2 2008. The centre uses the latest support technologies and remote monitoring systems in one dedicated facility for off-site servicing, calibration and repairs. The quality processes in place within the facility ensure we have traceability of all repairs, work done and testing completed to ensure that products perform optimally.

TCSJOHNHUXLEY are able to offer customers a wide variety of flexible service support solutions. These services include; computer networking WAN – LAN, electromechanical and electronic equipment, fibre optic networks, coin & note handling equipment, printing and scanning technologies, CRT, TFT and Plasma screens, CCTV surveillance & access control, precision gear and bearing technologies, cashless technologies and data capture and measurement systems.

Adrian Brennan, European Operations Director comments, “With highly skilled engineer coverage across most European countries TCSJOHNHUXLEY are able to offer service support across an extensive range of products throughout Europe. This has driven increased business year on year and as a result we continue to raise our high standards and our ability to further support increasing European gaming customers”.

TCSJOHNHUXLEY takes the training and investment of it’s technical teams at every level very seriously. All new service technicians undergo an initial intensive training and assessment programme. Once in the field, every technician is continually trained and technically assessed on new and existing products to ensure optimum skill level and competence. This approach to investment also reflects heavily in its Operations Management Team, with a combined total of over 100 years in service support experience.
