Remote ‘Re-Buys’ and ‘Add-Ons’ are scanned in using a Pocket PC. The user can select from a list of entries if scanning is not possible. The Plasma display is updated immediately showing the number of Re-Buys plus the cumulative prize pool. A receipt is issued via the wearable printer and a duplicate is printed at the desktop. CardRoomMAGIC manages all chip movement from the cash desk to the cardroom and back, ensuring accurate accounting. Chip movement is tracked at key stages throughout ,allowing chips to be allocated to runners whilst still highlighting a player's chip count at the end of each day.
All transactions are stored in the database and visible on reports. Every transaction, i.e. entries, re-buys, add-ons, prizes, is stored and timed and can be retrieved at anytime ad infinitum. Players receive sequentially numbered receipts for all entries, re-buys, add-ons and prizes with cash game session fee scanning to ensure sessions are paid for.
Re-buys and add-ons are immediately displayed on the plasma and can only be cancelled with Manager authorisation. For enhanced security, all system information and settings can be locked and only removed or changed from within a management console. The system also produces a full range of reports for management and gambling body/commision requirements offering full accountability whilst negating the need for time consuming manual paperwork at the end of a tournament.
