Reporting

Data, reports and real time alerts are available via a dashboard application giving casino staff a snapshot of their operations as well as the ability to drill down to detailed analysis. SMS alerts as well as an i-Phone app are available to notify gaming staff of any exceptional game activity.

The system uses industry standard software and database architecture allowing it to easily operate within existing IT infrastructure. All data is encrypted and the system has comprehensive user and management control functions.

Easy To Use Desktop Application

The Gaming Floor Live application has three main views: Dashboard, Wheel Assignment, and Reporting.   Each view has a dedicated button at the left of the screen to simplify navigation between them.

Dashboard View

The Dashboard shows the status of the roulette estate by representing each table by a window. The table window displays information such as whether the table is open or closed, its minimum bet limit, its instantaneous or average turnover, number of players, games per hour, and any alerts that are outstanding for the table.  By clicking a table icon the operator can open and close tables and change the bet limits and target game speed.

The Dashboard screen also contains the Alerts window. Alerts represent any exceptional event and can be configured.

Examples of alerts are:

•    Device offline
•    Wheel direction not changed between successive spins
•    Wheel spun too fast or slow
•    Games per hour too high or low
•    Biased wheel
•    Drop zone anomaly

Alerts remain active until they are acknowledged by an authorised user. An audit trail is maintained of which alerts were cleared by which operator and at what date and time.

Wheel Assignment View

In order for the system to assign spin data to the correct wheel, it is necessary to input wheel movements into Gaming Floor Live so the system knows which wheel is on which table.

Gaming Floor Live uses an intuitive drag and drop interface to allow wheel movements to be accurately reflected in the database.

Wheel movements may be entered retroactively – for example, if a technician neglects to enter a wheel relocation until weeks after the event, the relocation can be entered with the retrospective date of the wheel movement, and the database will reallocate the historical spin data to the correct wheel.

Every wheel movement entered updates the wheel maintenance events database automatically. Additional wheel maintenance events can be added at any time: Service, Balance, Clean, and so on. Each wheel’s maintenance history can be viewed. Wheel bias reports and drop zone reports can be accessed directly from this screen (if the operator has the appropriate permissions).

Reports View

Gaming Floor Live produces a wide range of reports to assist operators optimise their roulette game performance and identify areas of potential risk.

Reports can be filtered by date, table, number of players, game speed, shift, and various other selections depending on the type of report being shown.

A selection of the reports available includes:

•    Turnover vs. Game Speed
•    Turnover per Player vs. Number of Games
•    Table Utilisation
•    Game Breakdown by Number of Players
•    Turnover Breakdown by Number of Players
•    Wheel Bias
•    Drop Zone

Benefits

Optimise Tables in Real-Time

Gaming Floor Live is an innovative management tool that optimizes performance of Roulette games. A casino utilising the system will be able to significantly increase profit and game efficiency. Gaming Floor Live achieves this by monitoring in real time the turnover on each game and the speed of each game. In addition Gaming Floor Live monitors the number of players on each table, the minimum bet, the efficiency of the dealer and the performance of the Roulette wheel. This data is processed using a unique algorithm enabling operators to determine the game configuration which is proven as the most profitable based on historic data.

Gaming Floor Live can answer the following fundamental questions which operators need to decide on a day to day basis:-

•    How many tables should I open?
•    How should I price the tables?
•    How fast should I spin the game?
•    What is my current expected win?
•    Which tables are most profitable?
•    What is the optimum number of players per table?
•    Are my dealers operating the game efficiently?
•    Are my wheels biased?
•    Do my wheels have a drop zone problem?

Gaming Floor Live Components

Gaming Floor Live consists of several types of components networked together via the Nexus Table Hub Hardware.  The Nexus is a table-mounted network-connected device that manages all of the Gaming Floor Live related hardware on a gaming table, including:

•    Roulette wheel (TCSJOHNHUXLEY Saturn or Cammegh)
•    Reader head (for standard Roulette Wheels)
•    Chipper Champ2 chip sorting machine
•    Active table limits display
•    Dealer interface device
•    Smart dolly

The Nexus is responsible for collecting gaming data and sending it to the Gaming Floor Live Server. It also receives and carries out instructions from the Server, such as opening and closing the table, and changing the minimum and/or maximum bet.

Wheel Edition

In addition to the Full Edition of Gaming Floor Live, a more basic version is available called Gaming Floor Live Wheel Edition.  This is designed is for customers who only require Wheel Analysis monitoring and reports.

Gaming Floor Live Wheel Edition supersedes the current TCSJOHNHUXLEY Wheel Analysis product.  Gaming Floor Live Wheel Edition can be easily upgraded to the full version at a later date by connecting Chipper Champ2 machines.
