The RTC is a totally secure facility with access limited to authorized personnel. Open by appointment to licensed casino executives and regulators only, our clients have full confidence in the security of their wheels while repairs and upgrades are underway. Visitors can view our team through floor-to-ceiling glass walls as they work through the various stages of refinishing and testing.
We understand the sesitivity in handling wheel spin data and have put into place stringent procedures to ensure the integrity of this information is never in breach. All spin data downloaded is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard; the same method of encryption used by the U.S. government. Encrypted files are then transferred to an encrypted repository, with limited access rights.

If your wheel requires additional attention, the RTC offers complete refurbishment packages, including re-veneering or re-spraying in custom colors to match any decor. All metallic fittings can be converted from gold to chrome and vice versa, and we can even commision custom artwork for your wheel cones to reflect special events or themes; the only limit is your imagination!
We offer a range of leading edge upgrade options that can transform older wheels to meet the level of our latest offerings. Every process, from installing new separator rings or converting to the latest bearing assembly, is carried out by our skilled and precise specialists.
